Married in the Wesleyan Chapel according to the Rites and Ceremonies of the Wesleyan Methodists by Certificate.
This marriage was solemnised between us, John Edward Paine [and] Edith Annie Hindley, in the presence of us, Henry Russell Johnson [and] Gertrude Ball and in the Presence of G.W. ?Polkin-Coral, Authorised Person for the said Chapel.
